Asiasi, Wheatley, and Hill packages. That's a lot of big blocking guys that can create a path while also breaking open for a pass. So many options to mess with a defense in that package. You add a fast deep threat that can pull a safety and stretch a defense and good things were going to happen.

why it looked so weird. Not having the students on the glass is a huge change. Yost is for sure a different place. It's clean and shiny, and the students do a coordinated dance and can watch stuff on a huge jumbotron because...welll...stuff. I feel very luck y to have been to Yost in it's hayday. I still remember chanting at Cheesman all game (and getting a deserved grin response with his 4-1 win over us) while right up on the glass. All the organic cheers that would pop up based on a player's name or a certain event. It felt like ours. Now it feels like some coorporation's version of ours. I know half of it is nostalgia from my 5 years at UofM, but I htink that's only half.
Basketball has gotten way better though. During my 5 Elerbe years, the few games I attended, all the students were in the upper deck with the floor seats scattered with a few rich alum. Glad that got corrected after I left with Amaker.

I have no idea why two EST teams have to play at 9.
|3 days 17 hours ago||I saw a thread the other day about cheap Wisconsin tickets||
that were $30/ piece plus fees. I was thinking of taking my 3 young boys, but realized the OPs definition of cheap and my definition of cheap were greatly different.
I wish that they would reduce concessions. I don't have to pay 7-11 prices, but a reduction would greatly help out a family outing.

The cap has a lot of room, but the utility of the enclosed area on a cross over/ SUV would get way more sue than the bed. I can keep a stroller back there without having a cover. Groceries go in better. My dogs can ride inside the vehicle in hot and cold weather. I was able to fit our front door with a baby into the back of our explorer. Plus it wouldn't fit in our garage (single stall doors barely fit my explorer). For the very few times i'd need a pick up bed, its much easier to just rent a truck or moving van for the time I need it and then have my better functional SUV/crossover for the other 99% of the time.

forgot they were upgrading this year. I'd definitely wait if the traverse is in consideration and if you have the time to wait. (new launch will limit the amount available, and everyone will want it). Expect huge deals on 2017 versions later this year.
|4 days 13 hours ago||That was most heated and verbal||
I had Beilein had seen to me. I saw quite a few bullshits thrown out for rightful bullshit calls. That's why I think the T was coming, but he happened to be walking away that one time. I think it's also bullshit that Beilein would get e technical considering how much other league coaches (Izzo) get away with yelling at the refs. Beilein doesn't seem to do it a lot, so if he is, they should probably listen.

|4 days 13 hours ago||Parents bought a tahoe||
to go camping out west and carry the grandkids. It is a large vehicle that is easy to drive with a surprisingly small turning radius. They bought a year old version which saved $15,000. The interior is nice, but feels dated compared to the crossovers (hard plastics and fake wood). The rear row is very large and wide. The third row seats do not stow. My mom struggles wiht this as she can't get the seats in and out of the vehicle on her own. Our Explorer seats fold down with a push of a button. Tahoe gets good gas mileage for the size.
|4 days 13 hours ago||They definitely drive nice down the road||
The captains chairs are really nice if you just have 2 (dogs is a good point). Floor is flat to the third row if I remember correctly. I think the enclave looks better now than the traverse (but traverse still looks good). If you can get a deal, it might be worth it. Also might be able to grab a used one as I don't think that they hold value very well as another option.

All miles per gallon are not created equal. A 20-22 mpg increase is more than a 30-32 mpg increase. Convert to gallons per mile and multiply by how many miles you drive per year. Then use a couple different gas prices ($2.50, $3, $3.50, $4) to see how much you might spend in gas for the year.
|4 days 14 hours ago||Thank goodness Valentine was watching our bench||
and not the game.
I said this in other thread, but the whistle came so fast from Valentine that I think he was anticipating Beilein to be yelling about the bad call. He was "lucky" to be able to switch his T to another coach when he saw Beilein walking away toward his bench. The raised floor is cool, but man does it seem to cause stupid issues like this.
|4 days 14 hours ago||true 3 row vs a 2 row with 3rd row seats||
I did my expanded family car shopping last year. I learned quickly as you have that there is a big difference between true 3 row cross overs and 2 row cross overs with a third row. I have a family of 5 so I needed to be able to put stuff behind the 3rd row when it was up. I also went for a bench instead of the pilot second row seats so all 3 kids can sit in the mid row for easy access to them and to allow for tons of room in the back to pack for big trips especially with 2 dogs.
For us, this meant I had to cross off a lot of SUVs such as the mazda CX-9, Toyota Highlander, and the other smaller ones you mentioned. This left me with the Durango, GM lineup of 3, Explorer, and the Pilot. The Durango looked cool and had a really good RT engine (plus is rear wheel drive) but I have read a lot of bad reviews in regards to the quality of Chrysler vehicles. I needed something more reliable than what I could potentially be buying. I have rented the buick and Chevy traverse, and they have tons of room inside (had 6 guys all 6 feet and above in it), and they park pretty easily (long wheel base is a little tricky). They weren't a lot of fun though, and I didn't have any friends / perks.
I really liked the way the explorer looked, and my grandpa could get me the z-plan. The inside is big (I wish the second row was wider for a very wide vehicle) with a deep area behind the 3rd row. The regular 6 that is paired with it, is pretty unispired. It gets you where you want to go, and is fine for a commuter. I ended up driving the sport and never looked back. 350 hps gets the large beast going and it handles pretty well. You still feel all 5,000+ lbs, but it adds some joy to my driving it.
Figure out if how much you plan to use the third row and what you need to haul when you are using them. That could open up or close up how many vehicles that fit your profle.
|4 days 14 hours ago||Valentine isn't going to get the crowd cheers up||
if he doesn't make that call. He really had no choice.
|4 days 14 hours ago||I'm sure it had nothing to do||
with Pitino being so close in his ear he had to move him out of the way to make the call.
|4 days 15 hours ago||I thought that was strange||
He beat his guy off the dribble with a behind the back dribble (that he pulled off before) and his guy kept his body into him this time (which was called a foul on Michigan whenever this happened) and neverseemed to pick up the ball. How you can get called for travel when you are dribbling was weird to me.
|4 days 16 hours ago||Irvin's miss||
looked to be where the OT turned around as the long rebound lead to a quick score (and 1?) on the other side. It was a strange shot selection by Irvin. I haven't watched a ton of games this year, but in this he was cold. I don't know why he doesn't attack the rim more when he is having a cold outside shooting night. At the end of his sophomore season he showed a driving skillset similar to what Stauskus showed. It just seems that driving to the hoop to get 2s and some points helps to open up your outside shooting.
|4 days 16 hours ago||Yeah Walton didn't look like he was close||
and the angle on TV probably only made it look worse compared to what the ref saw. Looked like he was calling it before it happened.
|4 days 17 hours ago||Question about driving into lane under hoop||
There were a lot of Minnesota plays where they were deep under the hoop (looked to have defensive player in circle) where the player drove their body into a Michigan player who was moving backwards to draw the foul. Does the half circle only protect the offensive player when it comes to body to body forced contact? Each of the scenarios the Michigan player either had arms to side or up so it always was body to body interaction where the Michigan player was moving backwards.
|4 days 17 hours ago||Even worse||
of the 41 free throw attempts only 4 or so were because Michigan was intentionally fouling. That is an absurd number of fouls. I'm guessing if you break it down by pace, the fouls per possesion would even make it look worse.
|4 days 17 hours ago||Valentine had T ready to go||
Did anyone else feel like Valentine had the T ready to go. When watching it, he called it so quick after the foul that it was almost as if he was expecting to see Coach Beilein arguing it (which he had been rightfully arguing a lot of suspect calls), and had to switch his target when he noticed that Beilein was walking away.
I just haven't seen such a small act result in a technical before, and happen so quick without a warning.

despite having an almost 10 year down period in football, and not really having any horrendous scandals, Michigan still is the team that most other fan bases root against in the BIG. Livin' rent free in so many minds, you know we are doing something right.
