Well, then I'm going to read about other high school offensive linemen on the internet!
|5 hours 40 min ago||The bear is more of a concern than the toys||
You can't have a mascot with a pestilence-bringing tongue walking around in public. Medieval London's disastrous experience with Barnaby the Rat should always be remembered.
|6 hours 59 min ago||I'm not surprised||
I've heard a number of stories about him going out of his way to help people. The idea that he's one of college football's villans has always been absurd in my eyes.
|1 day 40 min ago||I think it's almost certainly Shaquille O'Neal||
I've been wrong before, though.
|1 day 3 hours ago||Agreed||
He didn't know enough about softball to be an expert but also didn't do a very good job of standing in the shoes of the audience member who is new to softball (a role often played by Olympic announcers for various sports). Instead we got a guy who didn't understand (what I take to be) basic strategy but who also felt informed enough to second guess how the pitches were relayed in.

...pitches are sent in. I wonder what he thinks about US involvement in Syria.
|1 day 21 hours ago||ooh - that error||
Michigan looks tight so far.
Also, why is Curt Schilling doing this game? Was Dick Vitale busy?
|5 days 20 hours ago||I love Michigan's expressions and body language||
They look like they expect to win.

|6 days 6 hours ago||The Sun Belt refs||
Kirk Herbstreit criticized their calls throughout the broadcast and said they simply hadn't adjusted to the speed they were seeing. It got so bad that, by the end of the game, he was laughing out loud at the refs' various mistakes and not bothering to comment, because there was no need to tell the audience how botched things were.

I'm excited to see what he can do. There will at least be competition for the four spot this year.

You ain't a beauty, but hey you're alright
|1 week 19 hours ago||Tennessee?||
I could swear Sam Webb said that Tennessee will deliver a player a meal anywhere on campus. Michigan obviously doesn't do that, but maybe you can...though maybe Peppers isn't on campus.

Michigan wins 7-6.

Is that common in softball?
|1 week 6 days ago||That's what a weight room should look like||
I prettier weight room would weaken a person both in muscle and character.
|2 weeks 4 hours ago||Isaac would be down to two years to play||
You have five years to play four seasons (barring a medical redshirt), and he would have used up three of them by the time he could play for another school in 2016.

|2 weeks 1 day ago||I have a sea cucumber story||
My 8th grade biology teacher had a sea cucumber and various other exotic things in a couple of aquariums. Someone dropped a pen into the acquarium with the sea cucumber - possibly with the intent of messing up the chemistry of the tank - and the sea cucumber kinda-sorta ate it. And then it died.
And that is my sea cucumber story.
|2 weeks 2 days ago||I thought that was a very satisfying ending||
Are we to think that Don took his experience in CA and turned it into the "Buy the world a Coke"" ad? That seems like too obvious a reading of the use of that ad, but I don't know.
|2 weeks 2 days ago||I don't think anything other than Betty's death will...||
...be completely happy or sad, though I expect Pete and Trudy's plan to fall through. My only other guess is that we see the death of Don Draper, so to speak, because he starts going by Dick Whitman gain.
If you didn't see it, I highly recommend the show. It isn't perfect, but it is one of the best I've seen.
|2 weeks 5 days ago||The front seven guy isn't Antonio Morrison||
He's a true junior who talked about coming back to Florida to graduate when he declined to enter the NFL draft. It isn't him.
|2 weeks 5 days ago||It's really hard for me to imagine anyone but Rudock starting||
He showed so much more in just that game than we've ever seen from Shane Morris.
Another thought: he's a respectable runner, much like Morris.

...Battle committed. Because of that, I'm going to respond to your hyphothetical line-up by saying WOOHOO WE GOT TYUS BATTLE!
|2 weeks 6 days ago||My sense is that Winston's highlights don't do him justice||
He supposedly has an extremely high basketball IQ, and highlights aren't a great way to show that off.
|2 weeks 6 days ago||FWIW||
Sam thought Langford's top two were Michigan and Florida, and he seemed a little mystified as to why Langford didn't pull the trigger on Michigan when Donovan left the Gators.
|2 weeks 6 days ago||Per Sam Webb this AM on WTKA||
He thinks Michigan doesn't have room for Langford for now - he also said he thought the possibility of Langford picking Michigan may have helped motivate Battle to commit when he did. He believes Michigan thinks of itself as having one scholarship to use and that Winston is their choice all the way for that spot.
I hate to root for someone to leave the roster, but it would be great to somehow fit Langford into the fold.
