Everyone keeps saying they know or got info or whatever! I am close with someone at SH and claims that it is calm there, and that the person making decisions is on a small vacation. I talked to them last week and mentioned $$ and term and then last night it gets reported so I know they aren't filling my head with BS. If a certain someone is on a mini vacation right now, that tells me something. #1 everything is under control. #2 at the HEIGHT of all that is Michigan Football if it wasn't under control there wouldn't be a vacation.....there would be stress, gray hair and all the things that comes with a coaching search. Another thing is what Marcus Ray said on WTKA the other day about how people in college football will be "scared" once Michigan makes the announcement. So here we all are still in need of a therapist!!!
This wasn't a leak. If I was a reporter it would be completly different. Believe what you want to. When this person speaks to me I believe them. I have seen two coaching searches from this perspective and they weren't all smiles like they are right now!
From someone on the inside...things at Schembechler Hall are a little to happy go lucky for things to be going in the wrong direction #1. During the last two searches things were a little "crazy". Just like everyone else it isn't confirmed hard corp but this person is super close to the situation to be lying to me. We will probably have to wait two weeks but 8 years 49 million isn't just a rumor I don't believe. Sounds cheap to me but I am sure it has incentives to beat sparty and Ohio and all the other big game pay days! For the first time during this two and a half week process I firmly believe Jim Harbaugh is coming home to coach Big Blue!! AMEN and GO BLUE
This is gonna drive us all crazy if this lasts for a month! Schiano, I pray he isn't coming. At certain points in this blog I got super happy cause Harbaugh would be like a dream coming true. And of course the NFL insiders are saying he isn't interested! What else are they going to say, "yeah screw the 49ers, I am going to Mich" noopppee! So where does this leave all of us GO BLUE nut jobs....well I for one think that if it was already a done deal someone in the KNOW such as a reporter on some level would have heard something. So the he said she said crap on campus I just can't put any stock in it. I know someone WAY up on the totem pole, and he/she won't say a word to his/hers family let a alone me....and I am close to them. So wake me up when this is all over cause I can't take anymore of this BS!
