"The face of the operation is Briatore (referred to exclusively in the film by his colleagues and angry, chanting detractors as "Flavio"), an anthropomorphic radish who spends most of his time at QPR plotting to fire all of the managers."

Not so crazy for the NoDak game, although still fun and that was on a Thursday. I'm doing house viewing cause I can't afford another 5 hours worth of beers...

and the Monroe Street Fair (http://www.monroestreetfair.com/index.htm). Not a bad week to be in Ann Arbor

I would add that our O looks even better when you consider that they're getting no field position help from the D or Special Teams, and no points from field goals
|4 years 48 weeks ago||JB not a worry?||
Is no one else worried that JB Fitzgerald, rather than competing for that MLB position (or at least being set up to take it over next year), is now competing with Herron to back-up Roh?

3rd - 4th best defensive player (BG, DW, and either Brown or Mike Martin being 3rd)

Or at least was rumored to be. Still prefer Rodriguez to everyone else
|5 years 45 weeks ago||Completely agree||
I'd prefer if he weren't playing for the Giants, but I agree with your post, especially considering some of the hate Giants fans had for this guy:
10 catches for 150 yards and a score, including some clutch grabs late, should quiet all that
|5 years 45 weeks ago||Please include Michigan players next time||
No, they're not in any top ten rushing statistic, especially when looking at last year - but in the future it would be nice to see where our running backs stack up with the best. Great post though!

The coach we almost got v the one we did get.
|5 years 46 weeks ago||I want Graham to finally get his sacks||
Correct me if I'm wrong but he has zero this year (obviously a lot of that comes from getting double teamed and having teams decide 4 holding penalties a game are better than 4 sacks). Still, a nice 3 sack first half would be nice to see...
|5 years 47 weeks ago||Great post, but||
it's a new season, can we have some optimistic rules (especially since drinking can be a rewarding, celebratory experience, and not just a cathartic, demon-purging one - last year excepted of course)?
In that vein, suggestions:
1 drink anytime a freshman makes a tackle, x2 if for a loss, x3 for a sack (we're going to need them this year) - and x1 for a broken up pass
Anytime Shaw or Martavious breaks a tackle x2, or anytime Minor goes around a defender rather than through him.
Any one-handed grab drink
Any pancake block drink
Anytime Zoltan takes off with the ball, immediately start drinking, don't stop until the plays dies (so be ready on punts) - and if any high stepping is involved cap your drinking with a from-the-bottle swig of tequila (I will be drinking Cofradia, so an easier commitment from me).
Obvious stuff like scores, forced turnovers, sacks, hell first downs if you like can obviously be mandated drinks as well.

It sounds even worse now that everyone has settled on "Deathbacker". Some suggestions:

that, assuming Fitzgerald is ready to go at ILB, we see Ezeh shift to OLB, giving a starting line up of Ezeh-Fitzgerald-Mouton? Ezeh certainly has the athleticism to play outside, and that would put the most talent on the field.
|6 years 47 weeks ago||I disagree. I don't think||
I disagree. I don't think RR was trying to either win/score or send a message. I think he has an inexperienced team - he needs every down he has to get them experience (especially the QBs and especially if our run game isn't good).
Sheridan learned more throwing that pick than he would have handing it off for three FB dives and a punt. And everyone's been cramming this schtik about RR needing to appreciate Michigan tradition (code for beating Ohio State) down RR's neck. He's going to take his chances now for learning reasons, so we have a shot against teams like MSU and OSU.
