Big if.  Hill is the real

Big if.  Hill is the real deal.  Why not take the proven commodity?

Hill Is Heisman Caliber

Hill was amazing in 2014 until he got injured.  A lot of people viewed him as a Heisman contender.  O'Korn by comparison was very mediocre his sophmore year and was replaced.  Perhaps O'Korn has improved but it is unlikely O'Korn is all of a sudden at a Heisman contender level without any additional game experience.

Seeds I think we are a 10 now. If we beat Illinois, 8/9. If we go to the finals, I say 7, and if we win the whole think, I see us as high as 5. At this point, I see our worst case scenario as winning against Illinois and then losing against Purdue or whoever else is still alive at that point.
Hey deuce, nobody made you Hey deuce, nobody made you read this post or post on it. I never thought I would find snobbery on a free recruiting blog of all places.
2 Questions A. Is it normal to be this solid on a recruitment? Specifically, did recruits who decommitted last year ever say things this solid? B. It appears Ohio State played games with his offer and it upset him. What would be the advantages to Ohio State to have this type of strategy? Were they trying to decide whether to offer or not or do they like to strategically time there offers in a way different than Michigan?
Don't give up that easily. Don't give up that easily. For instance, you probably could keep his quote about OSU not offering and be safe.
Possibly Illegal I wouldn't say what he did is necessarily illegal. He has a right to quote material because of the fair use doctrine in copyright. The legality of the post would depend on how much of the article he copied and pasted. Further, if he is a rivals member, he probably agreed to a contract that he would not use the copyrighted material on other sites. It is debatable whether he can sign away his right to fair use in a contract. There is legal support for the idea that he cannot contract out of his right to do this. From what I know of the facts, I would say this probably went to far, and that he should summarize the information. Rivals can't copyright the facts behind the article, so he is free to do this. However, I would be hesitant to call any use of a rivals article illegal. People have a lot more rights on these issues than content providers want you to think.
Rational You are welcome to buy a subscription, but it is completely rational--and legal--to save your money and get the information elsewhere.
Offer list Forcier actually had a pretty strong offer list: Florida, Penn St., Arizona St., Oregon, Stanford, Texas A&M, and Washington St. I'm not sure what you are looking for, but that is pretty strong. Henne's was Penn St., Tennessee, Georgia, and Miami. They seem about equally impressive to me.
Threet I still don't understand why some people give Threet such a free ride on this board. He is just as bad as Sheridan. Remember, Sheridan initially beat Threet out for the starting job. How bad do you have to be for that to happen? Threet was QB for the Toledo game and some of our worst losses. He does not fit the system. I think he will be 3rd string this year.
I think Forcier will start. I think Forcier will start. Did I watch a different Threet than some of you? I saw a Threet who was awful and I don't think it is all curable. Sure he can't run, but that will still be the case. He won't fit the system any better this year. Further, he constantly missed open receivers. That is not a system issue, it is an accuracy issue. I'd be surprised if he started. Rod can't say that because if Forcier and Robinson flop, Rod will want to keep Threet's confidence up, but that has to be what he is thinking.
No no no First, the contact on the last play was negligible. Second, how can you say the Cardinals got the calls when they recovered an onside kick on the Eagles 20 that the zebras called out of bounds? The league issued a statement at half-time saying the refs missed the call.
