Will be tough to fill the student section considering a ton of students won't even be on campus. Of the people I normally go to games with, only one of them is coming back for the game.
Tickets are going as low as $35 on the student facebook groups. Definitely more people looking to sell than buy.
-I got there about an hour early, ended up in section 30, row 29. Was fine by me. Was still able to get a solid 4 hours of pregaming/drinking in.
-Holy Freshmen batman. I was surrounded by them. Sadly a lot of them didn't seem very interested in the game, there were big clusters of them sitting down and looking at their phones. My friend and I were the only ones standing up in my immediate area after a timeout when play resumed, which irritated me. Ended up yelling at them to stand the eff up.
-I agree with the sentiment that the section wasn't as loud/rowdy, at least where I was. Probably again has to do with the large Freshmen numbers.
Next to Peppers, Mone is the recruit I'm most excited for in 2014. I have a feeling we're going to see some great things from him on, and off, the field.
Some of these teams are unbelievably good. Holy cow. Here's my 14 team league team. I recently just traded Darren McFadden for Lamar Miller and Vincent Brown.
Jehu is a cool dude. I have friends that lived in south quad last year and talked to him a few times when I went to visit. Pretty low key guy, didn't seem to go out much, studies a lot.
Well Steve Lorenz said that there's a big possibility of grabbing a top 2014 target this week. On twitter he says it's "bigger than Crawford", so I think that rules out Montae and Westphal.
That leaves McDowell, Hand, Juju, Adoree IMO. Those guys can be considered to be bigger than Crawford is. My money is on Malik.
Eh. I don't like ruling out players simply because of size. Top NFL CB's like Flowers, Winfield, and Jennings are all around Crawford's height and don't seem to have any problems dominating.
"The pass rush isn't guaranteed to improve, nor is the secondary. "
I definitely think the secondary will be improved from last year. Just bringing Countess back will be a huge lift, and Raymon will have another year of experience. Losing Kovacs will be tough but I have confidence in Wilson and Gordon to hold down the safety spots, with Dymonte hopefully factoring in as well.
We're losing some experience and leadership but gaining some major athleticism and talent.
I have always shown up to games early, even if it meant ditching my friends at a pregame and heading down there by myself. It's cool that this will reward me with better seats, but now I'll end up having to watch entire games by myself instead of just for a little bit until my friends show up after kickoff.
Hopefully this will put a spark in their butts and make them walk down earlier with me. Or maybe I just need to find some other friends who take the games as importantly as I do.
I like to think it's fate. I had no connections to U of M growing up whatsoever. No one in my family had ever went there, and none of them were Michigan football fans. However, I've always been drawn to Michigan for whatever reason. I've been a Michigan fan all of my life, and attending my first ever game last year, my Freshman year at the greatest university on the planet, was one of the most amazing days of my life.
My parents are huge Michigan fans now that I'm a student. My dad gets more nervous watching the games than I do.
Looking forward to my next 3 years here, and bleeding maize and blue for the rest of my life as an alumnus. My (future) children will certainly grow up Michigan fans as well.

But..but..but...Harbaugh!!!!
Was in the student section, crowd was insanely loud. Haven't been to a game that rowdy since the last UTL.
I'll be there dressed in a suit coming straight from the career fair in the Union.
Protesting in style.

2011 Western rain-out was my first ever game. Riding the bus back to north campus soaking wet with everyone else, crazy experience.
Then my 2nd game was UTL. Couldn't have asked for a cooler first two games.

Mone not being top 100 is a crime.
Dropped the ball on the first kick return.

Just got mine as well. And yeah that gate 10 only thing is going to be an absolute disaster. Who's the idiot who thought that one up?

He
That's very, very odd.
He doesn't even have a Michigan offer, and no sign of any interest at all by Michigan.

Talent is talent.
I'm not sure if that was sarcastic or not, but I guess I should disclose that my post was just in case.
My sources say Cameron Robinson. Pretty much a done deal.
OP is putting daggers through my heart.
I got excited when I saw the changed title and checked 24/7 and twitter...Nothing.
EXPLAIN OP.
Lorenz says that report that he's flying out is old, and that there still may be an issue that stops him from coming tonight.
According to rivals Fournette may not be coming after all. Steve Lorenz on 24/7 said the visit may be in jeopardy too.
But Sam Webb just retweeted this:
"RT @KyleBogie: "Leonard Fournette en route to Ann Arbor? Not YET, but they're leaving NOLA soon for #Michigan visit http://bit.ly/15NGpVc "
So who knows what's going on.

I can't wait to see this amazingly awesome homeslate of games in my Senior year. You can bet student ticket prices will go up again too.

Hardaway just needs to stop forcing shots.
Hopefully some of Barry's NFL success rubbed off on Denard while taking that photo.
Our friend Jadeveon is destroying Teo right now.

I see him now and then in my dorm, he's always got his headphones on and is usually either rapping along/dancing like in the gif.
Dude loves his music.
We forgot how to tackle.
Write the paper due next week that I've been putting off all weekend. And study for my exam on Thursday.
Maybe I'll get extra points for visible tears on the pages.
My nerves can't handle this. I need to see a touchdown here or my breakfast is coming back up all over my laptop.
