Please stop putting him on a pedestal. He's like everybody else. He will do whatever is in his own best interest.

I don't think people expected him to stay, they just didn't expect him taking Moore's coaching staff with him.

At $16 million a year, they're not going to wait 9 years for a Lombardi trophy. 

Give us time. We're kind of new to this, ohio has been doing it for years.

Be nice if we could get someone who would stick around for more than a couple years. Having nfl coaching talent is great but I wonder what the revolving door does to recruiting.

I understand from reliable sources that they were offered a pay bump and a contract extension but have not yet made a decision. Rumors have it that they are considering an offer from an unnamed nfl coach for digital scouting of future opponents. 

Jim is getting older. He needs a personal trainer like the hollywood stars.

I really don't think it's the loss of the team dietitian that has so many people concerned.

At this point, I don't really care anymore.

My feelings about the University of Michigan will never change. I cannot say that about Jim Harbaugh.

We'll see what the players do.

Not sure how many of the younger players are good with this. 

I guess I always thought he actually believed the things he said. Now it seems he only said what he thought we wanted to hear. Just like a politician. 

The job at Michigan was more of a springboard to the NFL than a homecoming. 

That's exactly the point. Keeping people is the key. I think the notion that you can just go out and hire replacements is not quite that easy.

We heard it before......nothing new.

Nobody, including me, faults harbaugh for chasing his dream. My concern is the condition of the program after he leaves and it appears he's not done pilfering the staff.

And why wouldn't we be concerned, after years of mediocre play and irrelevance, we finally can cheer for a competitive team again.

I have no allegiance to harbaugh any more than his allegiance to Michigan. I can criticize him because this hurts the team in my opinion. My allegiance is to Michigan.

Maybe he's going to be Jim's personal trainer.

With all the empty positions to fill, he'll have no choice.

So the price of winning a Natl Championship is dropping a bomb on the football program?

Late in the game, I think you have to be more calculated in your decision making. The attitude to just shove all your chips into the pot and go for it will catch up with you.
