There have been mass stabbings in Europe... I dont think they are calling for Knife reform over there. This whole country is screwed up thinking we need more gun reform. What we need is for people to actually start caring about other peoples lives than their own selfish greed. You can outlaw/ban/take away every gun and someone with bad intentions is going to find a way to get a gun and go kill people without a gun. It's the simple truth! Bad people/Evil People do not want to live by the laws of this country
If someone wants a gun to hurt people... 9 times out of 10 they either steal it or buy it off the street from someone. Normal human beings are not going out and buying guns to kill people. People really need to stop with this gun reform crap because Criminals/Bad People do not care about gun reform
I grew up and played little league, middle school, and high school football with Marcus Freeman(ND head coach). Played against Brandon Saine (Piqua) he was as fast as advertised and was amazing in track, I was able to play against Quinn Pitcock(Piqua). I played against Anthony Munoz (bengals great) son(Offensive Tackle) who played for Moeller and we beat them in triple OT at their field. Then the following week of playoffs we played in the Cincinnati Bengals stadium against Cincinnati Elder and I was tasked in trying to block Tony Carvitti (walked-on at UC) who was the #1 defensive player in the state of Ohio for D1 football (I didn’t know he was until after the game). We lost to elder 34-3. But I was able to play in front of 20,000 people. Great memories!
Fields will be out of the league in 3 years... He’s like all other OSU QBs who are just athletes playing the QB position. He got exposed last year and he’ll get exposed in the NFL. The games will show he can’t actually read a defense and that only throwing long balls into broken coverage only works in college and not in the NFL. He also can’t throw across the middle just shallow drag routes nothing 10-15 over the middle
While it may seem it's the same status quo for Michigan in the offseason. Can't we all agree that it actually feels good to know there's already a starter being named now instead of waiting all of summer workout and fall camp with the indecisiveness of not knowing who the starter will be?
Just enjoy this time and drink your alcohol half of you arm chair QB's and let's see what happens this season.
The man is also 69 years old..... He doesn't have a lot of coaching years left. It is a chance he gets to have that apparently he's been wanting since Hoke. Best of luck Coach Mattison, sucks to see you leave but I at least understand your reasoning
No where in my post did I state I was hurt. If you will not bring anything constructive to this discussion move along as I will not get into a petty argument with you. If you want to talk about facts, stats, etc. then i'll gladly have that discussion. But starting your post with "why are you so hurt" is just a bad attempt to try and rile someone up. I'm sorry but tonight you have failed at this.
Hey guys long time lurker never really comment......
I agree with some posters that this is the current state of college football. All these kids are year to year free agents and If their needs aren't being met, they up and leave. But this is also the current state of our country as well "If it is too tough, just give up and walk away and talk shit about it later". As a country we have molded into this culture where everyone gets a trophy regardless of effort or time put into said sport. We have become soft and these kids aren't being taught proper lessons on how to handle adversity.
Played with and grew up with Marcus Freeman, went 2nd round of playoffs my junior year and lost to eventual state champagne Cincinnati Elder. I played offensive tackle that game and got ate alive by the defensive player of the year for D1 football Tony Carvetti. Never will I live down that time where as a junior in high school playing in the Cincinnati Bengals new stadium in front of 20,000 people.
In the first round we played Cincinnati Moeller who had famous Bengals player Anthony Munoz son on the team, who beat in double over time when the QB for Moeller pitched the ball behind the running back and we recovered it.
Wayne has been to state 3x in football ('99, 2010, and 2014) it's a always making the playoffs and making deep runs.
I will forever be a Wayne Warrior bleeding that Red, White and Black

The only proper response for the rest of the night, I was going to come in here and say the same thing

Nothing could go wrong when giving 16-18 year old kids $100k a year.

I thought she went from a tight end to a wide receiver?
