Would also like him to win his first major, and feel bad for him after that 2nd hole. Looked eerily similar to my golf game, with the exception of the nice putt to save triple bogey.
An exceptional pick-up for Hoke and Mattison's D. It might be cliche but you can't spell "win" without Winovich. Definitely fitting for the winningest program in the land!
But for the love of everything holy please avoid freak accidents, as our insurance policy looks bleak beyond DG. Every time I see one these videos I'm reminded of stories like Suggs last year. I know injuries can happen anywhere, doing anything, but lets try and stay healthy going into the fall season. Go Blue!
comes in "bushels" today. Welcome to the Wolverine Family Big Fella! For that reason, I'm staying firmly buckeled with seat trays in their full upright position, until this recruiting plane comes to a complete stop, which is hopefully never.
A-Maizing get for Wolverine nation! Here's to wishing you a successful career, and hoping someday your name can grace the page along with these great UM receivers:
I put about as much validity in this list as I do in pre-season polls. I'm sure coaches really even pay attention to these senseless lists, it's just more media fluff.
You've won all the awards, now go out and put a beat down on the Orange tomorrow night, and then proceed to capture that National Championship! Those who stay will be Champions!
when you think about his journey over the past 24 years. From being the floor general 24 years ago and sinking those 2 clutch free throws to send Wolverine nation into a frenzy, to now wondering what life could have been if not for behind prison bars.
must be remarkable if at first he thought it was a cramp. I still have bad flashbacks of when he went down, and then subsequently looked down with that horrific look on his face. I think the reaction probably rivaled that of Lattimore's injury to end his season last year.
Likely own thread worthy, but as reported on MLive, and as commented in lesser detail in Hoke's press conference, 4 players depart before spring practice. These include DT Kenny Wilkins, TE Nate Allspach (walk-on), Andrew Offerdahl (walk-on), and most notably WR Richardo Miller. This last departure thins out an already anorexic WR corps for this upcoming season.
The secondary was suspect in key moments last year. I'm looking forward to Taylor's development and getting our key injury back. Still I believe the overall pass defense was ranked in the Top 10 nationally, then again B10 is not a pass happy conference.
There's a few glaring things going against the good guys today:
1) More pressure to step up at home on Senior Day & jitters for the freshmen especially with the ultra significance of today's game
2) I believe Indiana will be more relaxed, even in a hostile environment, than they were against O$U on their Senior Day
3) The proverbial "you have to learn from losing in big games with Championships on the line before you can win" comes into play here for this young team.
Was a very entertaining watch and great acting all around. I'm curious to see how Bradley Cooper follows up this performance in Hangover 3 (final chapter) coming out Memorial Day weekend.
Started with a nice smooth Cabernet with a mean lasagna dinner, now onto a "G3" nightcap = G2 Gatorade + your preferred choice of vodka (Kettle One tonight).
