MGoRadio 1.4: We Are at Moe's

1 hour 59 minutes

20151012_184720

This show continues to be presented by UGP & Moe's, and Brian & co. talk about why we have this relationship in the last segment. Shopping with them helps this blog and supports good guys who are serious about supporting this community.

Our sponsors also make this happen. Thanks to the University of Michigan Alumni Association, Homesure Lending, TiqIQ, Liz Crowe, Ann Arbor Elder Law, and Tailgaterconcierge.

Extra thanks on this one to the providers of the food, Busch's Fresh Food Market, who will also cater your tailgates by the way. And the providers of the beer, North Peak Brewing Company, Michigan grads who gave us a selection of their seasonal beers. My first one was a Blitzen, a seasonal "Festivus Ale." This was also my second and third, so I have no idea what the Hooligan (hoppy pumpkin ale), or the Furry (black IPA) or the Burly (Belgian style) was like.

Start   working at home with Google! It's by-far the best job I've had. Last Wednesday I got a brand new BMW since getting a check for $6474 this - 4 weeks past. I began this 8-months ago and immediately was bringing home at least $77 per hour. I work through this link, go to tech tab for work detail

I bought my first Michigan T at Moe's in the fall of 1971. Bizarre to think that 44 years later I'd be in the same place drinking a beer and listening to people talk Michigan football live on-air.

a fourth Durkin doughnut! NU had a good OL and I thought it was unlikely we would shut them out. MSU OL has problems and may be easier to handle!

All my time in Ann Arbor off and on over the past 50 years and I never knew the Moe's story. Thanks guys for that conversation. I know that at one point or another I have patronized the place, but now it looks like that it's the only place I'll ever buy gear again.

The people bringing up Durkin got lambasted as much as I did the other day on here? I doubt it.

I still think Miami Hurricanes.

Or Texas, USC, Tenn, Aub...etc.

And Harbaugh coming here in 2008 would have avoided the needlss gutting of our historic program by dumbass Rich Rodruiguez.

Thank God he did finally come. And thank God that Brady Hoke at least recruited  us back on the right track.

It was time for a new M hat, stumbled into UGP and loved the selection of unique styles.  Quality stuff at good prices, will return when in AA.

Dunno if someone mentioned this already (I'm still listening to the show), but my first thought for Michigan player I'd have loved to see coached by Harbaugh was Tom Brady.  Looking at the records now, I guess he did well at Michigan, but those were still two pretty average Lloyd Carr "good but not great" years.  Got to think that with the potential Brady obviously had, teaming him up with Harbaugh's coaching staff could have lead to stellar results...

I would have loved to see Harbaugh coach Chad Henne.  He wasn't as mobile as the typical 'Harbaugh quarterback,' but given group of receivers he had and the way Harbaugh develops QBs, would have been fun to watch.

In Detroit Tigers games I think it's neat when they interview the commentators from the other team. Might be fun to interview a blogger from an upcoming opponent for the MGoRadio or MGoPodcast. Just a thought!
