This works pretty well. I've used it several times. But there is a delay of a minute or two.

I had problems with the ESPN streaming service. I was able to get it on my computer and plug the hdmi cable into the tv

I though espn had a simulcast with the Michigan radio network…I’d check espn app

Try the espn app or stream east.
I wasn’t able to ever get legal streaming of the radio broadcast, without buying the premium subscription for the app

Funny I live in Ann Arbor and my usual stream (odyssey?) I get from Alexa was blocked. Never tried another source I assumed there was no team radio call. But it wasn’t like having to listen to Troy Aikman slobber over the Cowboys for 3 hours, so I just rolled with the TV feed.
