Holman with 2 1sts, a 2nd, and a 3rd. That’s getting it done.
Holman also set school records in both the 200 (23.08) and the 400 (50.90) on the same day yesterday. She has one more year at Michigan if she wants it, and will certainly have her name up there with Tiffany Ofili Porter as one of the all-time greats in women's track & field at Michigan.
Not only was the 50.90 time in the 400M a school record, it was also a Big-10 meet record. That should easily get her into the NCAA Super-regional and likely the NCAA Championship meet as well.
Pretty sure that time qualifies her for the US Olympic Trials which will next spring. Hopefully, she can get some decent NIL $$. If she can win in the NCAAs, she'll be on her way to face international competition. Looks like a very bright future ahead for her.
