Wolverines in the FIBA World Cup

Michigan will be well-represented when the FIBA World Cup (that's basketball) takes place from Aug. 25 to Sept. 10. Among the current and former Wolverines on rosters:

FINLAND: Olivier Nkamhoua

GERMANY: Mo and Franz Wagner

LITHUANIA: Ignas Brazdekis

Jordan Morgan was also on the roster for Slovenia (?), but he was the last cut and won't be playing. All the games will be on various ESPN platforms, so maybe we'll get to see our Big Finn in action. Finland is in the same pool as Germany, so Olivier will be squaring off against the Wagner brothers. That game is set for 3:30 a.m. EST on Aug. 29, in case you want to stay up and watch.

I think the Wagners are going to… “pump up” some fans…

Not sure how they're preparing - but, S&C definitely contributes to their game readiness.  This is a vintage of clip of how certain Europeans prepared and trained.

Anybody been able to watch the warm-up games/friendlies.  Guessing Schroder is the star of the German team, but wondering whether Franz and Mo are 2a and 2b or just benchwarmers.
