“Who’s Got It Better Than Us” Hits a Bit Different Today

If I’m being honest, I was ready for a change after the Covid shit show that was 2020 and now I couldn’t be happier that Warde is much smarter and far less emotional than me.  Hats off to the entire department!

Anyway, anybody else remember this video?  I think it deserves a revisit today!  Go Blue!

I’m on the parking team at church and wore my old school M hat.  One Buckeye fan actually said he was rooting for us!

All the UGA fans were happy for Michigan and hope to meet us in the final.

Eh Wards didn’t  handle last years situation the best he could have.  That being said hats off to Jim and his staff and the players…everything is awesome.

I was a doubter for too long. I am a believer in this team. I think they're gonna beat Georgia, and then I think they're going to beat Alabama, and I'll let the rest of the CFB world be shocked.

Now to learn the words to Mr. Brightside, as that's apparently an increasingly important part of Michigan fandom.

It was always mind-blowing to me that a guy who won big at San Diego, Stanford, the San Francisco 49ers and had gone 47-18 at Michigan his first five years was suddenly a bum because of one incredibly weird year full of quarantines, opt-outs, injuries and what have you.

What was more likely: that a coach in his 50s (normally the prime of a coaching career) suddenly became old Joe Paterno, or that 2020 was a fluke and we'd become a Big Ten East contender again?

I get that people are attracted to new, shiny things, and apparently Matt Campbell's annual 8-5 seasons were super sexy, but come on...

Honestly, I have been ambivalent about Harbaugh the whole time, because of culture and game day X’s and O’s. But one thing I have been consistent about is I have never jumped aboard the ‘Fire Harbaugh’ train because I understand the need for patience and the fact that the players themselves have to go come to grips with building a winning culture and mindset. Moreover, I have never seen any well run organization fire their way to success. That is more a symptom of a bad situation than a marker of improvement.
