Where were you when you heard about the Tressel resignation news?
I was at the US Airways ticket counter at Metro airport on my way to Boston. I overheard a skycap yell the news to the ticket agent. I immediately pushed my wife out of the way, confirmed it with him, and spent the rest of the preflight wait sharing the news with everyone in a Michigan t-shirt.
Checked FB and saw someone post a link with the title " Tressel Resigns". I immediately pressed like and went to MGoBlog then ESPN
Was at work on break from training troops getting ready to deploy. I work with some Ohio fans, it was agreat day at work.
i was sitting at home in hawaii and my sister in law texted my wife to let me know. i immediately turned on espn and basked in the glory of the vest's demise.
I was awoken with the news and immediately began whistling the tune to ding dong the witch is dead. It seems M-zone had the same reaction and posted the audio.
for Memorial Day. I was getting ready to leave to watch the parade and I heard the news from a friend. I waved my Michigan hat in circular patterns with extra gusto when I was at the parade.

Im studying abroad in England right now and I am 5 hours ahead of Ann Arbor, so I went to MGoBlog (per usual every morning) and saw the topic when there were only 5 comments on it, so I found out earlier than most people. I then put it on facebook for everyone to see, and I was the first one (of my friends) who heard it. Gotta love the time difference!

Over my headset my friend told me Tressel had been fired. When I found myself paying more attention to the tv, I knew it was time to leave the game.
a double Lake Trout hookup when my phones twitter alert sounded. There was scarlet red blood in the boat and all over my hands while we were basking in A'Maize'ing sunshine so it was perfect timing.

Rotterdam, Netherlands . . . on my way to try to see a lecture by Rem Koolhaas. Didn't get in, but it didn't matter, nothing was going to ruin this day for me.

This is not that big of an event to mark in time. They got (and hopefully, will continue to get) what they deserve for their crimes. Just like we did.
I was shiting..I was constipated and it was hurting but then it came out easy.
I was at a U11 girls soccer finals game in Dayton, Ohio. My buddy that coaches yells out during halftime to the parents sideline "Tressel just resigned" so everyone hears. Everyone checks their cell phones as I stand as say WHHOOOOOOO!!!! Everyone oddly looks over at me as I Tiger Woods fist pump with my Michigan t-shirt. I could do nothing but laugh, as they all looked like someone in their family had just passed. One of the best days of my in this shitty state.
at the airport in dallas waiting to board a flight back home right next to a bar that had sportscenter on... i jumped for joy and made a girlish little scream and ran and told my whole family :)
