What is a realistic approach to replacing this horrible staff?

Somebody has to run the team and Don Brown ain't the guy. This season is a loss and Gattis can't possibly do worse than the CrapWhisperer.

and now we have to worry about fucking Maryland; 21-0 over PSU

Oh yeah, maryland is going to shit on us too -- i dont see any wins in the rest of the schedule. Maybe penn state is our best chance??

Who would've thought that Michigan could be playing Illinois for the placement game at the end of the season for worst team in the league. Freaking garbage. Sick of watching this nonsense week in week out. Manuel won't do anything unless hairball wants to leave unfortunately.

I don't want to hear the media go nuts about Harbaugh and how this is just like Bo Pelini and how we're firing a good coach, and how we need to accept what we are, and how arrogant we are for wanting to win football games, etc, etc.
Give Harbaugh enough rope to hang himself at this point. They look on course for 2 wins, I feel pretty confident wagering that this staff can't turn it around, because, you know, that's the problem.
The media won't be able to say much, and we enter our coaching search without a bunch of nonsense about us giving a guy the hook too early.

Bo Pelini never had a loss as bad as our MSU loss. And by following it up with the game today we showed that it wasn’t a fluke. We suck and we have better players than Pelini had when he got fired.

Replace the entire staff at the end of the year. It’s a sucky reality, but you’ll retain the most recruits that way.. and talent will be needed.
Search committee should be full boar today though.
