What's off topic, what's on topic.
I've gotten some questions on what's OT and what's not OT. General guidelines:
ON TOPIC
Michigan sports (obviously).
Big Ten stuff, or stuff about future opponents.
Meta posts about the blog itself.
University & Ann Arbor-related items.
Major collegiate news: Tim Floyd resigning is on topic.
SORT OF ON TOPIC
College sports in general... at your discretion.
OFF TOPIC
Things that are obviously off topic.
Pro sports.
What about pizza? Bearing in mind the original context is pizza and its relation to the adipose tissue of Alex Mitchell
a meta-topic, which can be relevant to any topic, as they are all in some way its progeny
is on topic.
woo, hot topic-on-topic action
I am actually going to type "LOL" for the first time on any message board...wait for it...LOL!

Brian,
What's your take on the blogger and Ibanez. I just watched two reporters badger a blogger on ESPN OTL because he said that players that are having career years late in their careers are under suspicion. I think this fairly summarizes what every baseball fan thinks. Ken Rosenthal came across really poorly.
IMO, As a voice of the fan a blog is expected to say things that the MSM wouldn't. I would be interested in what you think should have been done in this case. I tend to side with the blogger.
Anything in relation to Michigan sporting activities, women who blog here and the men that stalk them, pro WLA posts, con WLA posts, Mcfarlin bashing, anything posted by the knowledge "yes", unicorns, revolutions, TVH interviews, the speed of Denard, Tate and RR's snake oil.
Off topic...soccer, soccer, soccer and comments about being on top of one's mother last night.
But what if your mother's name is "Topic."
No exceptions!!!! If someone is naming their girl topic then they are asking for trouble. Like strippers named Bambi and Asian pornstars named Mi Kneebends.
Should get their own blog
It's called the No Emil Fabers Club.
we can have ONE though so he's free to join
I would have extended the invitation, but I didn't want to be presumptuous.
I have no idea what's going on right now.

Bumped. I've noticed a lot of extra OT tags on posts that are definitely on topic, or at least sort of on topic.
