like the hire, like the guy, but please, lose some weight.  Looks like he's wearing a fat suit, and as the leader of the athletic department, you should be in some sort of shape.  A huge blob isn't an acceptable shape.

Hard to get behind someone when they don't have the self discipline to eat right and/or exercise.
