If you watch these interviews, Ricardo looks the interviewer in the eyes and articulates his answer very well. He's not even a senior in high school yet. The character and work ethic of this kid is unbelievable. We talk about how hard he needs to work, what to use as motivation, and how he can learn from every situation all the time. He's always looking to get better. He's the next #1.

Ricardo is a 2010 commit? Don't get me wrong - I want the best talent here as fast as possible, but this is a guy who looks like he has an equal or greater amount of snake oil than RR. He will be out there recruiting for Michigan for a solid year. It seems like he really knows what he wants and why he wants to be at Michigan so he will be able to pull in some more badass kids. Admittedly pure speculation, but he seems like a leader that understands the team concept and wants other great players surrounding him and is willing to put forth a lot of effort to make this happen.
