Good thing USC learned their lesson from the Reggie Bush fiasco.  Of course, most schools will trade National Championships for a few years of sanction purgatory.

How much do you want to bet this gets settled quickly?  I can’t imagine USC would allow this to go to Discovery, I can’t even imagine what would come out of that process.

I've come to the conclusion that USC really, truly does not care about NCAA sanctions or enforcement one iota.  Like, we joke about most of the SEC not really caring but, like, Alabama knows if it loses a step some other SEC team will rise up and take their place, even temporarily.  But USC looks at the Pac 12, knows it's still by far the most prominent and historically successful program and is located in a fantastic city that is mega-appealing to young athletes, and figures it'll do whatever it wants and dare the NCAA to keep coming after them.  It's actually pretty impressive.

Urbz "arachnoid cyst" is remarkably cured. Who'd have thought??

Shelley will join the USC nursing faculty teaching how to properly handle evidence of spousal abuse.

And the Meyer family will land on their feet with an additional $50 million or so in the bank. Isn't it nice when nice things happen to nice people?

USC is like the Alabama of the West except maybe for winning Nattys recently.  And actually having academic standards.  And no coach practicing Sabanic rituals.  And fans with lives outside of CFB.  And celebrity "donors" instead of bag men. And LA vs., well, Alabama.

One thing they do have in common . . . giant balls of adamantium.  Gonna cheat:  we know it, they know it, NCAA knows it, and nobody does anything about it.

Well, they learned from the Pete Carroll saga that if you get caught with recruiting violations you just hire an even sleazier coach and cheat twice as hard. Crazy that they could only have 18 person classes, yet when they miraculously land the top 18 players in the nation nobody bats an eye.
