Got this in an email from the Chicago Alumni Association. Fearless Leader is coming back to Chicago. I'll be there, interested to see just how optimistic Brian's always-world-class powerpoint can be this year. Hopefully see some of you too.

2016 Michigan Football Preview

When: Thursday, August 18, 2016, 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Where: McGuireWoods, LLP, 77 West Wacker Dr., Suite 4100, Chicago, IL 60601 (map)

Cost: $15 for Alumni Association Members (join using promo code UNITE); $25 for Non-Members**

Details: Join fellow alumni and several special guest speakers as we preview the 2016 Michigan Football season. During the evening, alums will be joined by Brian Cook from MGoBlog.com, Adam Ritternberg from ESPN and others to be confirmed. You'll get insights on the upcoming season and an opportunity to ask your questions. There will be appetizers and complimentary beverages available for those in attendance.

Somebody please remember to ask Todd in the Q&A how many kickoff return touchdowns he'd have had if he got to return kicks all four years. Remember:

  • Desmond Howard has the school record, which is 2.
  • Todd had a broken wrist for all of 1999
