the play goes out of bounds and it looks like they set the ball before starting a 25 second play clock.  Is this correct?  We get called for a delay of game after but it came about very quickly.  Seems like it should be a 40 s clock that starts right away or a 25 s clock that starts when the ref spots the ball.

I thought so, too. I rewound my DVR just to look at the 40-second clocks before and after that play because I didn't understand why we only had 25 seconds. And it wasn't 25 seconds on set ball, but on the whistle ending the play - which should have been 40.

There was a moment in the game where Florida had the ball and got a first down but the clock kept running. I don't think it was a big deal as I think it happened sometime in the 2nd or 3rd quarter, but little stuff like that irks me. Especially if it were to occur near the end of the game with the game on the line.
