UM and Sparty history
Just out of curiousity I went to http://bentley.umich.edu/athdept/football/football.htm which if you don't konw is an arhive of past UM seasons. I wanted to see how long it had been since Sparty beat us two times in a row. I went all the way back to 1965 through 1967 before I found it. I say let them talk all they want I just want to put a beat down on them on the field.
42 years.... dominance.
little brother again this fall. And they'll stay there.
Not worried a bit.
Why do we have to refer to MSU as little brother. How about "annoying kid on the block". I definitely don't consider them family.
+1 for making me laugh. Very nice.
Nice. I certainly don't consider them family either.
+1
Plus one for complimenting me. Thank you sir.
Plus one for being called gremlin, and making me think about that funny little furby thing.
But then minus one for all of the gremlins that scared the crap out of me when I was a kid.
So, no +/-.
We refer to them as "the neighbor's kid". Like when you're at a party and someone commits a foul you yell, "Who brought the fucking neighbor's kid?" "Oh that's just the neighbor's kid."
who has a cousin who was knocked up at 16, or an uncle who did time for fighting in a country-western bar. What I'm saying is I recognize Sparty as family.
of my customer managing tool cribs and in lower level purchasing jobs are Spartans.
Damned nice people I tell you. The stories they share of tailgating and drinking 30 packs of Busch Lite and tipping over porta-johns are priceless.
True that. It wasn't Thanksgiving unless my uncles were drunk and brawling with pool cues in the front yard. But if one was Sparty I can't figure out who the other one was. Maybe FIU?
Step son.
