See the MGoBoard. 700 yards his senior season and 9 TD's and in scholarship for track.

http://www.mgoblue.com/track-field-m/article.aspx?id=179060 He's apparently a middle distance runner, competing in the 800, 1600 relay, and mile(?!). This seems weird, as a) he probably doesn't have the combination of physical strength and burst that you'd want in a receiver, and b) you'd think that some of his track and football training would be working at cross purposes. I dunno, maybe I'm making too much out of the fast-twitch/slow-twitch distinction.

Although I agree that football players are usually sprinters, the best player on our HS football team finished in the top 5 at state in the 800m as well. When you are THAT fast at the 800 like this kid is, don't be surprised if he can still smoke half the receivers in the 40. The best part is that he'll be able to run 40 yard bursts 30 times in a row without getting tired. EDIT: According to the MHSAA website, he's not running the mile at the state meet. Looks like just the half and a couple relays.

the mile is only for super awesome cool dudes who weighed 130 pounds in high school like myself. I doubt a walk-on for Michigan Football is kick ass enough for that kinda business. AND don't even get me started on the 2-mile. Some bomb ass muthafuckas up in that event.

This dude is fast, he is a senior, which means he probably already graduated. I ran against him this year at a track meet in the 800 and 4x8, he owned He also runs the 4x4 i think which means he is fast
