Is there a way to watch full replays of March Madness games?

CBS Sports Network does a thing called Tournament Rebound that has 2 hr condensed games. My guess is the Big Ten Network will have 60-minute recaps this week.

I logged into their app and those weren't available. Is that just something they will run on the channel live and I would have to know when the game I want to watch is coming on?

They run it on the channel. I have gotten used to having YoutubeTV. It records all games of your favorite teams and keeps them for 9 months. This isn't bad for 11 minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HV1Dc-JZ5YI
True that. With YTTV I have access to full replays of every televised NCAA basketball game this season.
If you know how to jailbreak you can find them as well.
I do not know how to jailbreak. I did that psuedo jailbreak with my amazon fire stick but that didn't last long.
The Colorado State game is on tonight 8/7c and the Michigan/Tennessee game is on tonight 10/9c on CBS Sports Network.

March Madness app used too have full games, and they were kept around a long time. I remember rewatching the Trey Burke Kansas game over a year after it. Alas, they pulled this terrific feature years ago.

That is really a shame. I've never really cared about replays but I had to watch the Michigan game while in Bowling league due to the start time delay. I would like to try and watch it with my full attention.

YouTube will have some for sure.

I saw some 1st round games on Youtube but hadn't found 2nd round games yet. Wasn't sure if that was going to be viable for every game or just certain ones.

If you live close to me I have them recorded
I live in Goodrich, MI. I'm am not trying to be an inconvenience to anyone. Was hoping they were available somewhere that I could access with my current cable subscriptions and not have to sign up for anything else. Seems not to be true. So I have to be patient or just let my ADHD point me in another direction and forget all about it.
Yes. There is a way.
CBS Sports Network is showing Michigan-Colorado State right now (8:00-10:00pm), followed by Michigan-Tennessee at 10:00pm tonight (Monday)
