Let's not forget Pahokee's finest, Vincent Smith! One of my all time favorite Wolverines and one of the best screen guys I've ever seen. He was so good at weaving through all those bodies. And I'll always love him for the finger guns!
As a side note, it still grinds my gears that Clowney gets so much credit for the hit he laid on Vincent. The reality is that someone screwed up their assignment and gave him a free run. Clowney was a great player but that particular play was about physics.
Also, I haven't seen Vincent around here recently. Anyone know how his garden venture is going?

Let’s not forget that as soon as the play was over, Smith immediately got up, went back to the sideline and was laughing the play off. Most people would’ve been out cold or at least needed a solid 20-30 seconds on the ground to re-collect themselves and remind themselves of what planet they were on.
Vincent Smith was one tough dude.

I liked Vincent Smith. He was solid contributor/switch-it-up back for quite some time with good pass-catching abilities and was pretty fast too. It’s a god damn shame that he’s now pretty much only remembered by the CFB world as, “the guy who got clobbered by Jadeveon Clowney.”

and it was completely out of his control as well. If he gets that handoff a second earlier, Clowney gets juked out of his jock and Smith is making a solid gain. Clowney came through untouched though and it is what it is. Smith deserved better from our line on that play.
