There are...
...days until Frank Gusich (LB 1969-1971) sees THE Team get THE job done in 2019.

Lloyd was always good for some type of trick play. Double pass, double flanker reverse, etc. A double reverse with our new speedy slot receivers would be exciting to see!!!

Sounds rather KINKY to me... I LIKE IT!

Had forgotten about those two plays....too bad Woodson wasn’t able to add a passing TD to his stat sheet.

Damn shame about that announcer.

"That thump you just heard, that was Bo Schembechler fainting."

The Buffalo Stampede in the Metrodome is one of the most hilarious plays in Michigan history.

Loved the JN pass and score and one of our greatest comebacks ever!!! Nice to see joepa with that anguished look on that trick play, I hate the ped enabling bastard!!!
BTW, FUCK ped state and all their delusional joepa loving fans and all the paternos and field goal franklin!!!

Only qb to score on the pass back
John Navarre....
who btw had a GREAT career.
August 17th, 2019 at 5:22 AM ^
Immediately my mind goes to... Who on the receiving corps could throw a pass?? Hmmmm....
August 17th, 2019 at 6:30 AM ^
I was always disappointed they didn’t have Zach Gentry do a double pass.
August 17th, 2019 at 7:30 AM ^
Especially when they did call a play for Sean McKeon to carry as a fullback.
August 17th, 2019 at 10:42 AM ^
No they didn’t, I don’t know what you’re talking about
August 17th, 2019 at 9:40 AM ^
Seriously. How Zach Gentry never threw a double pass is a mystery.

I see what you did THEre!!

I did not notice it until I read your post. Good observation.

Just want to explicitly throw out a pro-Griese post on #14 day. He's the only National Champion QB any of us have ever seen. Even though he played behind Scott Dreisbach, he came off the bench in his Sophomore and Junior seasons to beat OSU to finish his career 3-0 against the Buckeyes. He was All-B1G, he was Rose Bowl MVP. He was an NFL Pro Bowler in 2000 and has Super Bowl ring of his own as John Elway's understudy.
In my opinion, no more accomplished Michigan football player gets less love around here than Brian Griese. We celebrate Brady for what he's done in Boston. We celebrate Denard for leading some of the worst Michigan teams of our lifetime. We regularly ignore the field general of the only unbeaten, untied Michigan football team since Bennie fucking Oosterbaan was coaching here.
Not for me. Not today. 14 days until the greatest #14 to ever wear the number watches Michigan kick the piss out of MTSU. Go Blue.

Shut this bitch down. You win!

Always liked Brian's qb play. Made many clutch throws. And to think his brother had to talk him into coming back for his fifth year (1997).
GO BLUE

Found Mrs. Griese’s account.

Motown: If you are referring to Brian's mom, she died of breast cancer when he was 12 years old. This affected Brian so deeply, he started a foundation named Judi's House in honor of his mother. The foundation helps children deal with the loss of a parent.

For me personally, when I was a manager at a local restaurant and had to ask him to put his cigar out bc it was no smoking, and completely allowing his mud filled shoes on the table he had them up on, only to be told by him, I just beat Ohio State, I can do whatever I want.....yeah, I’m not the biggest fan of the most “successful #14” in UM history.
