There are...
...days until Chuck Bernard (C 1932-1933) sees Michigan do all the little things well to make big things happen in the 2019 season.

Go Blue!
I can't not mention the most underrated player in Michigan Football history. Unfortunately, the options for videos aren't that great, but here is something I found:
Great video! Until I watched it, I never knew Benny Friedman had a younger brother who also played for Michigan.
OMG, did you see the arm technique from Benny, looked flawless. Dude.

Benny was also jacked, which was not the standard then, he looks like he could play today.
There ought to be, at the very least, a “30 for 30” on Benny Friedman.
Thanks for these during the OT season.
Midnight troll alerts, personal advice threads and long time poster trolling satire threads are interesting in a sick way, but your threads bring us back to our fan focus and give some historical perspective.
......way too many O.T. days left until opening day!
My favorite #27 is Vada Murray.
A great Michigan Man.
RIP Vada.

Murray and Welborne. The last great safety pair at Michigan.

QB # 27 engineered big win a few years back.
Some called it "The Upset of the Century "
Any fall camp tidbits?

Wikipedia entry: Relationship with Ford
1. Gerald Ford story you may have heard previously.
2. Security director of Ford's union busting group (gang).
;
Ah yes, "The Service Department".
To this day, it is kind of fun to go to random Ford dealerships to ask for "The Service Department, and if possible, only minor bruising this time" just to see how many people know their history.

Anyone remember Thomas Wilcher? Played a little RB back in the 80s as well as a track star. Now coaching football and track at Cass Tech.

Man, Chuck Bernard even played for the Lions!

Let’s get it!
There are.....too many days left until we get to bitch about not covering vs MTSU.
Do you usually use Anthony carter or Braylon for “There Is...”? I would say both are deserving of sharing the honor. I forgot what you did last year for it.
Anthony Carter was a 3 time all-american and one of the best punt/kick returners in UM history. If Bo would have called for more than 5 passes a game, I believe AC would hold every receiving record as well. Braylon is nowhere near the player AC was.

Braylon had a good pro career and still holds the records. I think Braylon picked up where AC left off. And that performance against MSU was something I’ve personally not seen from a Michigan wide out. Both are all time legends.
Just look at that pad level!
Fascinating dude. Worth the read on wikipedia. Thanks!
I thought all of the Bernards went to Cornell?
