...days until Sione Hoooouuuumma (FB 2012-2014) sees Michigan have amazing versatility on offense, starting on August 31st against Middle Tennessee State.

Thanks WD this time and enjoy!
DT ( known as a defensive guard back in the day) Henry Hill also was #39. He was a walk on and worked his way up to starter. In 1970 he was the most valuable defensive player. Even though he was only 5'10" 220lbs he had quickness to get by those bigger O lineman. The 1970 missed extra point in the 3rd QTR really deflated Michigan, since they could not tie the score at 10. An INT and 4th down drop helped OSU win this game. I remember when I went to grad school at OU in the late 80s, Roy Rogers was a big thing. I don't think the Roy Rogers Family Restaurants made as far north as Michigan, at least I don't remember them in the early 70s. I remember my uncles would always drink colt 45.
Man, I loved Houma. What a beast.
Is Ben Mason still playing offense this year? (I’ve been away from the blog a bit this offseason)
Sounds like mostly no as he’s been working on D-Line, though it’s always possible they break him out for a short yardage or goal line package at some point. I have a feeling he’ll feature prominently on special teams and may show up in some unexpected places/plays here and there all year.
Sooo you're telling me there are only
days until Marlin Jackson and Martavious Odoms watch the boys destroy MTSU?
I swear we had Houma in Harbaugh's first season ? You sure it was 12-14 ?
Good catch. Houma absolutely played in 2015. That picture in the OP is from Harbaugh's first bowl game.
You are correct! My mistake. Please neg.
I should have known from the photo too!
to err is human
Sione is a great guy. He was part of the group of athletes that visited me at Mott when I had surgery back in '13.
JWG - I love your pics & videos. Don’t know how you come up with this stuff. Very cool!
