doesn't list craw's size, but he looks pretty big too for a guy playing 50 yrs ago.

funny seeing jack tatum in the foreground of the photo.  most know he was an exceptional player and had a very good pro career as a top safety in the NFL.  one of our guys played with him in oakland before coming to our team and had some pretty funny stories about tatum and his approach to practice - like sitting in the end zone and smoking cigarettes for a while, then playing a few plays, then going back to smoking.

6'2" 230. They ran Garvie to the edge from time to time. They pulled a guard to lead him. That guard was Reggie McKenzie. How would you like to be the defender taking those two guys coming at you ?

Garvie Craw.....now THERE'S an old school fullback name. Seriously. 

Cool story, bro - when I was a wee lad and we lived in Northville, our neighbor had a few pictures of Craw on the wall, among several other players from those late 60s teams, in the basement.

Jack Weisenburger - FB in 1947 with the mad magicians  was also a great payer wearing #48. RIP Jack who passed away this past March 26.
