There are...
days until Michigan starts off their 2011 campaign season by beating Western.
There are also...
days until Jeremy Gallon is returning punts and kick offs and showing off that blazing speed in the Spring Game.
There is also...
day left , time to beat the Sioux.
Boy.
Does anyone just want to stare at the picture of Red all day?
You say that like there is something wrong with that?
can become very affective as a punt returner if he doesn't let those shoe-string tackles take him down. I feel like as soon as there was contact made on him he fell to the ground.
I think Gallon will be dangerous as a receiver starting this year as well. We'll be chucking the ball around a lot and he'll be a good guy to get the ball in his hands. This is now his third year on the team, I could see a big step up for him.
You've been on top of your game lately Denarded.
making the 12 hour road trip from Ann Arbor to St. Paul! (We are seniors and have basically laughed at the class we are going to miss and work we are putting off) I am really getting excited/nervous now...
but he still needs to HOTTDB! We can't keep turning the ball over on punt returns in our end of the field....I'd rather have someone who never fumbles, but maybe only gets 5-10 yards each time.
Very nice.
One of the things I like to do with these is try to figure out which exact game each picture was taken from.
BRAYLON: 2004 OSU game (ugh)
#50: This one's a little tricky but I think I got it. The Nike logo on the pants means it was pre-2008. At first I thought the opposition uniform looked like Wisconsin's, but after a closer look it might be Indiana's. I'm gonna guess the 2005 Indiana game? (I don't think it's Wisconsin because the 2006 game was on a cloudy day, and the previous time we played them in The Big House was 2002, which was our annual snowy-cloudy-cold-miserable game for that year). So this would make #50 the incomparable Jeremy Van Alstyne?
GALLON: He redshirted 2009 so this would have to be 2010. Obviously a road day game, looks cloudy. The bleachers in the background don't reveal much. It should be any of the state of Indiana road games from 2010 (ND, IU, Purdon't) but I can't tell which. I'm gonna guess IU though, because a couple fans in the background are wearing crimson.
... am I the only one who does this?
i would say #50 is DE Jeremy Van Alstene. (i know i spelled that wrong) against Indiana
