Grow that Harbaugh coaching tree!
Partridge seemed like one of the most ambitious coaches we have had in my lifetime. He really shot up the ranks quickly and everyone knows he is HC material.

And Mike Hart

I was kinda hoping he'd stay as long as Fred Jackson.

Mike hart has been great at identifying RB talent for many years now. Look at the great work he did at Indiana.

Time to give Mike a really big bump in pay. We need him for at least one more season.

Will build a fence around the Garden State that will include gerrymandering Philly.

Well, as the resident Temple alum. My heart says local Fran Brown (currently a Rutgers assistant) but former assistant (2011-2016). He's local from NJ and very popular as a recruiter. Understands North Philly. Rod Carey never got that.

I'm a Temple alum also (law school). It's always been weird to me how Temple, despite rarely being much better than .500, constantly captults coaches into top programs elsewhere (Al Golden (Miami), Matt Rhule, Steve Addazzio, Manny Diaz (briefly), and if you go back far enough Bruce Arians.
At least at feeder schools like Houston or UCF, coaches usually achieve some measure of notable success before being tapped for high profile jobs.
I bet if Partridge can come and win slightly more than half of his games, he'll be a shoe in for a big P5 head coaching spot in a few years.

Future HC no doubt. I wonder if he waits another season or two if something bigger will open up for him
