That would be awesome for him, because he has been a great team player all these years.

I have to admit that this part blew my mind:

Nope, don't remember that at all... I think you could argue that he'll ultimately wind up being one of the big beneficiaries of the regime change (Andy Moeller to Greg Frey, in his case).

I ran into Schilling Saturday night.  Talked to him for a few minutes; he was a real nice guy.  I was really shocked at how slim he looked.  Don't get me wrong, he was massive, but seemed to have the body fat of a fullback.  The guy was a poster child for the Barwis program.

Schilling is a great OG and will be one for many years in the NFL. He is very athletic which allows him to get downfield and make blocks on running plays and does pretty well in pass protection.

Sounds like if you buy into the Barwis program and work hard, he will transform you into a very good athlete and a better player.  Nice to hear some positive buzz around the line, which looked really good on Saturday.
