I thought he was going to be great. He couldn't hold on to the ball. He could have accomplished what Rawls has done over the last couple years. And that should have enabled Rawls not to waste his freshmen year but didn't seem like he could hold on to the ball.

Seems like the fumble at the goal line against ND was the last time he touched the ball.

You lost me at 'He could have done what Rawls has done of the last couple of years.' I would hope that if you thought the kid was going to be "great," you would have higher hopes for him than not much better than 1 yard and a pile of dust against decent defenses, a smattering of long runs against teams equivalent to the Grand Rapids Founders Flag Football Club. I am not saying this is all on Rawls, a lot of it is on a lackluster OL. But Rawls has been less self-generating than even Fitz has been this year. Quite far from "great." In fact, not quite even 'serviceable.'
