Sponsor Note: Michigan Night at the Pistons this Saturday!

MICHIGAN NIGHT AT THE PISTONS is this Saturday, March 11th versus the Pacers. Not yet sure if they can wrangle Livers and Beilein for a postgame Q&A or something but they seem interested? Also you get this nice-looking quarter-zip:

Livers is playing 20 mpg these days, and we're trying to get the stadium announcer to switch to a Crisleresque "for THREEEEEEEEEEE" when he gets one. Get ya tickets here.

Sounds interesting, but I think one team providing me with soul-crushing basketball is about all I can take at this particular moment.

Bottom 3 is looking increasingly likely, with Charlotte having won a few games recently.  Bottom two would be even better, to increase the odds of being able to select (presumably) Scoot Henderson if they can't get Wembanyama.

Draftniks and Pistons followers - please correct me if my thinking/aspiration is off on this.

Three worst records all share the same 14% chance of #1 overall / 52.1% chance of selecting in the top 4.  Where that seeding does come into play is how far down you can slide with bad lottery luck.  Lottery determines the top 4 slots so it’s possible for worst record to fall to 5’th, second worst to 6’th, etc.

Isaiah Livers had one of his best games with the Pistons tonight.

In 39 minutes he shot 7-12 including 3-8 for 3. 17 pts. 5 RB 2  Ast. He is a plus defender.

Coach Beilein is Sr Player Development Advisor/shot doctor.

Oh, it is also Jaden Ivey bobblehead night on Saturday. 2night he had 13 assists and 1 TO. Bobblehead yes but not bobble pass.

And unlike the young Wolves, the best case for the young stones is to lose close games while they figure out who they keep/cut/trade.

I will be in Section 118 row 9 in the corner by the Pistons bench
