By far, besides the overexposure of this story all year by the media was watching all these programs who have cheated for many years and basically bought their championships pre-NIL showing so much outrage and pearl clutching.

Michigan being this season's "villain" has always been incredibly weird, considering past iterations have been teams guilty of far worse trangressions. But guys like Thamel and Finnebaum have to fill airtime and shitty writers from The Athletic to shitty E-tier sports blogs have to get "engagement" online and so they'll just follow the path of least resistance.
Twitter is going to rightfully die in the near future and when it does one silver lining is that a bunch of these clout chasers will have to find some other place to push their drivel and I can only hope they'll struggle to get an audience.
