Show Him The Money!: Time to get the money cannons ready to give Harbaugh a postseason extension.

Minimum $11M/year. As soon as the confetti drops after this national championship season (😁)...it's time to make Harbaugh a top 2-3 paid coach in the country and it's time to make sure the assistants are all the top 2-3 in their respective areas.

I seriously doubt Harbaugh is motivated by $$, at least for himself. More for the assistants and staff is another matter.
But give the program whatever it needs to keep elevating itself.

This is worth so much more than money, man.

He's already financially rich, for life. Now he's a officially the Head Coach that turned the tide in the rivalry.

He's set. Let's keep it going 〽️

He's on an incredible run.  Things don't go according to plan for a few years (trouble with the snap, the 2016 game ref'd by anOSU fans, etc).  He gets brutalized in the media and by his own fanbase for record vs rivals.  Then, it seemed like he just flipped a switch.  Things click.  Michigan starts beating everyone, rivals included.  And not just beating them, but stealing their souls.  Harbaugh even takes a cameo on the NFL coaching carousel (and gets savaged again by his own fanbase).  Now, he's doing the reverse Lloyd Carr (bad start, good finish? instead of good start, bad finish).  I'm all in for Jim Harbaugh.  I am a believer.
