SG1 simulations - maybe the only way we get a 2020 season?

If anyone else is as desperate and pessimistic about the upcoming season as I am, i've found that the SG1 Sports simulations on NCAA14 as a sad but entertaining substitute. I know someone posted the Washington game (which is now irrelevant) but they've kept posting them, now with all of our major upcoming games. There are definitely some great games in there. Not sure why, but for some reason they made McCaffrey a Denard Robinson 2.0 - which if that is the case...sweet! They had us winning the national championship last year so the results are obviously taken with a grain of salt but I could see each outcome happening.

And for anyone who wants to remember the glory days - Michigan vs Clemson CFP 2020

Side note: If there is a season, I hope Nico Collins gets targeted more than once or twice a game..

While I wouldn't be upset at a 6 pts loss to OSU on the road, there is no way in hell PSU beats us by 15 pts at home.  Franklin has never beaten UM in AA and if they do find a way to in 2020 it will be by much less than that.  But, thanks for sharing.

Yeah, I posted the Washington game.  I meant to keep posting them but I kept catching them after the fact.  But yes, these simulations are great for that point in the offseason when old highlights and rewatches just won't do it anymore.

Well, the PSU simulation has "James Franklin" running a hurry-up offense up 2 scores (29-20) despite there being only 4:00 left in the game.  And then going for 2 after scoring a TD to go up 35-20

It may be correct in its realism there.  That is some odd coaching.

Is there any reason to go for 2 when up 15?  I suppose 17 makes it a 3-score game, but 16 mandates 2 successful 2-point conversions, which is tough in its own right.

I was going to try something like this, since many of the major news sites got into basketball and baseball games that ran this sort of simulation.

But... it's really kind of dumb when you think about it. I guess that take is why, 22 years later, I'm still a solo developer.
