This Season / Redemption ??
As I sit here wearing a Sparty jersey (over my M tshirt so it won't touch my skin) for losing annual co-worker bet Saturday - one thought keeps going through my head:
Somerhow, some way, if the stars could align themselves, if this team could go down to Colbumbus and pull off an upset of TP and the BuckNuts, would that not be a sweet finish to a disastrous season? Kinda like the feeling after CapOne Bowl, only 10 times better.
Flame on, I know it defies all logic, but I need something to keep me off the depression meds and stranger things have happened, right?

at OSU is possible.
Anything can happen with a true frosh at qb. Hopefully the ghost of 2001 OSU game Navarre willl possess Pryor.

OSU also held PSU to 13 points.
We allowed more than that in the first half alone. I don't even want to think about the second.
Wait until 2010. The Big Ten will be sorry then...

Well, it would be true to history. In the last 50 years or so, every first-year coach in the UM-MSU series has lost (except 1995, when two of them went head-to-head). But over the same time, every first-year coach in UM-OSU has won, except John Cooper (and he came very close to pulling the upset).
