We're going through a program review right now and a few of us had to write some stupid report following a nonsensical rubric. I can honestly say now that I could never work in administration. I just don't have the patience to follow stupid procedures that are put into place because of, well, reasons. 🤷♂️ But it gives me a newfound appreciation for my boss who deals with that stuff every day and shields us from about 99% of it.
