Scout: K Goudis now a soft verbal

Goudis, no matter who the coach is, is looking at being the starting Kicker at UM in 2011 as a true freshman.  And as a kicker, I'm 99% sure the offensive scheme is irrelevant and the it's not like he is upset that our special teams' coach(es) were let go!  So, chalk it up to a possible/probable defection just based on uncertainty (and not coaching changes, scheme, or fear of depth chart).

They also have D. Crawford listed as a soft verbal, however, I think we all know he is on the open market with UM on his "top 5."

Wasn't an attempt to break TomVH news  (obvious considering my "source" was Scout); but more of a talking point that if a Kicker is thinking about elsewhere after watching us kick a total of 4 fgs this season... things on the recruiting front are on the cusp of chaos.

Speculation on my part but it would make sense for him to look around as his scholarship offer would be most likely to be up in the air since we do have 2 scholarship specialists already. That said, MATT IF YOU ARE READING THIS, WE NEED A KICKER. LIKE SERIOUSLY NEED A KICKER. 4th and Goal from the 20, should not be a go-for-it situation...!

I'd say its about the 10th Michigan football dong punch I've received in the past 2-3 weeks.  At this point, I've come to grips that I will not be reproducing anymore and am numb to it.

What number dong punch is this for you?

Les Miles has a great recruiting class at LSU. Aaaaaaaand 8 of the top 10 are from LA (the other two are from TX)... I wouldn't expect any recruiting miracles from him. Nor would I expect any of his recruits to follow him here.

Fire Les Miles!

Looks like the soft commits are all out of staters.  Can't blame them since they don't know if the schollie's are solid.  However, Greg Brown is already in school so if they would have enrolled early, they would be in already.
