Time to to get on our feet again and we're off to a good start.
Just out of curiosoty, does anybody know anything new on Merrill? I know the rumors have been rampant that he may leave, but is there anything new that I missed that may have slipped through the cracks?

2-0 Michigan after the first. Good to see we came out strong tonight.

Tied up in the 2nd now. Shoot

Strings of penalties which sound pretty weak they way they are saying it on the radio. Now its a tie game.

Lynch puts us back ahead!!

Once again it seems we take too many penalties. Is it our style of play or is it a lack of maturity?
October 22nd, 2011 at 9:19 PM ^
We're a fairly young team. Especially on the blue line.

It's always been a trend with a Red Berenson team, just never an issue because his teams could overcome it due to superior talent.
October 22nd, 2011 at 9:36 PM ^
Now that I look at it, most of the penalties tonight were committed by veterans. So youth really doesn't have anything to do with it.

Ugh. 3-3
October 22nd, 2011 at 9:54 PM ^
Shaky connnection.

U-M on the PP still; NMU took a major with under a minute, didn't catch the name.

I am 100% positive they said the penalty was on travis lynch, but it's on NMU?

salvage the weekend.

Not how I expected the series to end up. Hopefully they can learn from it and move on.
October 22nd, 2011 at 10:08 PM ^
We blew a golden chance to win the game in OT. NMU was down a man for about 4 1/2 minutes of the OT. And we didn't put one in. The Wildcats have to be ecstatic with this weekend's results. Us on the other hand, very disappointing.

ARGH!
October 22nd, 2011 at 10:15 PM ^
At least we won in a shootout for once. *shrugs*
October 22nd, 2011 at 10:18 PM ^
Well, that's something. Radio cut out, and I missed it.
October 22nd, 2011 at 10:51 PM ^
Stupid CBS radio. It cut out right on the second shootout series. Had to go to twitter to get live updates. At least Michigan got the 2 points.
Also, miami got beat 2-0 by ferris state tonight. ferris swept em. Michigan plays ferris at home thursday and friday.
