A possible ND-MSU-Wisconsin final four, an Ohio national championship, and all of our big 3 sports teams missing the tournament? Thank god we got Harbaugh. I can't remember a worse year sports wise.

I'm still on vacation in Atlanta, tonight I'm drinking gin cocktails and eating steak tartare at my favorite place to drink in the city, JCT. The place was fucking packed tonight.

I stopped in to the Detroit City Distillery today and tried a flight of their Two-Faced Bourbon, Bloodline Whiskey, Gilded Age Vodka, and Railroad Gin. They were all very good. It's a cool place in Eastern Market. I recommend all 4 spirits but they aren't cheap.

Yes, but then you also didn't handle the situation terribly well yourself when people pointed out that there were better ways that the user could have handled his statements, up to and including taking some personal swipes at a couple users. I agree that the thread didn't need to exist (lack of good access to the Mod Sticky on mobile might be a gap that needs work, to be fair), but making the problem marginally worse by not handling the flack you received all that well didn't need to exist either. 

By the way, your points are back - just try to remember that it is presentation, not content, that was the issue and presentation definitely matters. It is perfectly acceptable to expect some decorum.

Mastros ocean club, Newport Coast, 2 bottles of Mumm de Cramant blancs de blancs and 2 bottles of Kongsgaard 2008 Syrah from my collection. Fantastic birthday dinner for my wife. We're old and hammered and headed out to the peninsula to get fucking nuts.
