Santa's OT: Spousal Gift Ideas

Submitted by UMProud on

What are some gift ideas you have for your spouse (or significant other) this Christmas?  Having been married 30 years my idea bank is running low...anyone else having this problem?

Some of mine...

-seatbelt purse (her request)

-Amazon Echo

-giftcard to her favorite store

What I like to do is keep a Christmas file in my phone notes. Any time she mentions something throughout the year I add it to my notes. By November you'll have a nice list and she'll definitely appreciate that you remembered.

Doesn't have to be Penzoil, you know, you don't have to go crazy over budget, Valvoline will be more than enough to keep the valves and pistons flowing smoothly all year. It's the gift that keeps on giving.

This post raises so many questions, most importantly, whom are you purchasing the spouse for?  If you really like the person, maybe get them one from one of the sidebar ads from MGoBlog (don't judge me, you know you get them too).

Oh wait, you meant a gift FOR a spouse, not a spouse as a gift. Nevermind, carry on...

She's never been on a trip outside the Midwest let alone the US. Never been to a nice beach. Check and check. I travel often so dumped some miles for the flight and rented a unit by the beach on VRBO. First time for me there. Any recommendations are welcome

My wife just told me she wanted a red wine colored Kitchenaid Mixer. Amazon Prime to the rescue. I gave it to her last week and she made garlic bread from scratch. Best gift ever.
