RR & Freep-Actually a question I haven't seen addressed yet
In differentiating between an investigative piece and a smear campaign, I think 1 question needs to be asked. Did the 2 douchebags ever call someone at Michigan to ask them some questions?? It would appear to me that if I was doing a piece on Michigan Football practices and potential violations that I would try to contact Rodriguez or a compliance officer for an explanation or so I understood the rules and how Rodriguez interpreted them before I moved forward with my research. Was this done or attempted??

People won't get off this topic for a while, get over it. The new threads could probably be stopped until something major comes out though. What I think does need to be addressed is that no players went to the Freep with complaints. Mike Rosenberg admitted this on a radio show yesterday, that he contacted the players. It obviously wasn't presented this way and now the damage is done. It won't happen but I wish this was reported somewhere.

all we are doing here is feeding the fire and I, for one, don't want to give the FREEP the satisfaction of doing that. So sorry, I won't get over it. That is my opinion and I will stick to that regardless of how many people tell me "to get over it"!

You are one of the smart ones that know what to do to prevent mass hysteria. Lots of people are very dumb though and will drag this out.

My ramblings likely won't have the effect I desire but I shoot my mouth off anyway. I just hope the end is near.

I don't think what we post on this little message board has any real effect on the media will report. If it did, we'd be seeing daily articles in the press on 3-star recruits, how fast Denard actually is and what the best nickname for Sheridan is.

yes, they called them the day before it published and received the standard denial from both compliance and RR

kids that they would not voluntarily work hard to get better and win - should have channeled Henne.
I think this will backfire on the Rosenberg crowd and that the players will rally behind Rod.
