Risk Day 49 - Two days left, but a lot of ground to cover!

We’ve got good news and bad news this round. I’ll start with the bad, just for context: with just two turns left, our alliance had one of the worst RNG nights in a long while. All of us were in the negative, while the OSU Puppet Alliance had one of their best nights in the entire game. Texas was RNG’d down to two territories, and Nebraska had some heavy losses in the west.

The good news? We're only one territory down, and it isn’t likely we have a night like that again. Thanks to everyone's help, we have a 2,000 star lead over the next team (the insufferable puppet masters), and a handy lead over the Dijon Mustard Bees down in Georgia. In addition, we touch very few of the spots of our allies, so we have a lot of territories just out in the open for us to grab. It’s very likely that the Poisonous Nuts will try to steal the territories of their “ally”, the Wisconsin Turtles, so we’ll need to make sure they don’t have the chance to do much damage. Thankfully, Nebraska’s in a great position to cause some damage.

But… if we want to finish this thing with a win over the Puppets, we’ll need your continued support, mgo. We had about 100 players fall off yesterday, and it didn’t help matters very much. So if we can shoot back up to 1,300 players, and maybe breach 1,400 (is that asking too much? I don’t care), we’ll need all of you to sign on and help us beat the bucks! Every single player, every single star could be the difference between victory and defeat.
