Request for Knowledge regarding Big House seating

Submitted by James Burrill Angell on

QUick question for those of you more knowledgable about the preiums seating than  I am. Do people who sit in the premium seatback seats on the Michigan side of the stadium also get access to the club seating area concessions area and indoor seating area or is the only benefit the actual chairbacks and cupholders on the arms?

No.

The West Side Chairbacks do not get access to either the east side club levels or the suite levels on both sides.

The benefits are that they are located between the 20s and, as you indicated, the seat backs, cushioned seat bottoms, and the cupholders (between the seats in front of you).

By the way, I think they've lowered the contribution on these seats next year from $2,000 each to something like $1,250 or so.

Hope this helps.

I have east side club seats and  a friend with west side chairback seats. The chairback seats are the only "club level" seating on the east side. There are boxes on the east side, but no outdoor club seating. In addition, the chairback seats do not allow access to the club level of the boxes on the east side.

On the west side, box seating allows access to the two levels below it, and one may use the concession stands in those areas if they wish. You may also get passes to leave the club seating area and enter the main concourse of the stadium.

I did not see that the chairback PSD was reduced, although I think they were tougher to sell out than the club seating on the west side. I have not been asked to renew the club seats for next year yet, although some others that I know have already been extended offers to renew their seats for next year.

Maybe this helped or maybe it was TMI, but it is what I know.

Also as a Victor's club member you also have access to the Crisler Concourse.  Which gives you some better access to food and restrooms (and a place to sit and watch a game on TV.

My seats are in the West Side Chairbacks and I am extremely pleased with the decision.

Everything stated above is correct (including the part about the contribution going down to $1250 per seat).  The upper concourse on the West side is very nice as there is very limited traffic there.  We get in and out very quickly and have great access to the concessions.

The seats are very comfortable (and the same as all the other club seating).  I can't overstate how nice it is to have both armrests (to lock in your space) and the seat backs (for comfort).  Because the seats are padded, they're also a lot less chilly than the bleachers.  I no longer have to manage my foam seat pads on the way to and from the game each week.

If you're interested, talk to the Victor's club.  They're great and very helpful.

Hope this helps.
