must have been getting punished or they were on the over weight group. They were still bouncing up and down as Gary led his group out of view. I wonder how much fun those workouts are down in the swealtering heat of Alabama and Texarntcanada and other places like Miami or Arizona. Oh and don't tell me AZ has a dry heat because 105 degrees to 110 degrees is fucking hot not dry. I know I spent exactly1 year in Phoenix.
