Physical tickets from ticket sites?

For those who have bought off second hand sites like Ticketmaster and SeatGeek - is there a way to request or create a physical ticket or get an actual ticket stub? I figure that’s a possession I’ll want to keep/frame

Short answer No. .  I collect ticket stubs.  Venues try to go almost all digital.

You can try taken a broken phone to the box office and claim you cant access.

Sometimes it works.  Not sure on Houston specifically but as a NFL stadium, they don't print.

There will be some around due to the corporate tickets, but few and far between

A lot of concerts do a commemorative ticket now along with your digital one but I’m not sure if that exist for something like this or even how you’d get it from a reseller.

The Rose Bowl was all digital and they sent an offer for a commemorative ticket with your seating info once the game was over for $12. I’m sure something similar will be available for the championship. We bought on SeatGeek and still received the info directly from the Rose Bowl (via email) about getting ours. I believe tickets were original resale tickets, though (meaning no one else had our tickets before we did, even though they were technically resale - just given timing and how we received our digital tickets), so I’m not sure if that will make a difference. But I am sure this is something you can get/find without the email.

I think I saw something on the college football playoff website about purchasing physical souvenir tickets.  I think the resale tickets will all be digital.  About 10 years ago, Stubhub would have a location to go pick up physical tickets for events like the Big Ten basketball tournament, but those days are long gone.
