Photoshop Experts: Away Jerseys
Things have certainly slowed down around here, so I feel like now is a better time to ask this question rather than bowl week...anyway
To all the photoshop experts, I was wondering if you all could make a few mockups of some away uniforms for Michigan. Here are a couple I were thinking (maize pants for all of them, I'm trying to be as realistic as possible).
#1 2007-2008 Away Jersey's WITHOUT any piping (white jerseys, blue numbers, maize outline, blue collar and blue ring around the bottom of each sleeve)
#2 All white jerseys, blue numbers, maize outline
#3 All white jersey, maize numbers, blue outline...basically out home uniforms, but white instead of blue, and outline the numbers blue.
Any help would be appreciated! I'd like to see us find a classic look for our away uniforms that we could stick to and not touch like the home uniforms (except for special games like UTL).
THANKS!

#2 looks good (although I'd prefer solid blue numbers). I don't like the stripes on the pants in #4 at all. They look like sweatpants.

Agree. I like #2, but with solid blue numbers.
Personally, I'd have the solid blue block M on the collarbone like at the Sugar Bowl, and not the centered addidas logo, but that's not a dealbreaker.

I left it off because its more like the home jersey this way. With the possibility of more Desmond patches coming ie: #2 for Woodson I like a cleaner jersey.

Thanks for those! Are you able to do something like what I was talking about in the orginal post?
Of those, #2 is the best...I think you keep the maize outline, it compliments the whole jersey and it's truly "maize and blue."
I'd like to see maize jerseys and blue outline (with no stripes or anything)

I thought I got #1and#2 for you I couldn't make #3 look right. The blue around the sleeves in the all whites mixed with the blue under shirts to bad so I left them off as well.

Those look sweet, I was just saying maize numbers and blue outline might be an interesting look, I'm not sure though.
Anyway, we definitely appreciate the work!

I like the 2nd and last uniforms. I like the maize and blue stripes on the pants and the maize stripe on the shoulder.

Jerseys can be the extra nail in the coffin for a recruit. Kids want to have fun and it is a competitive advantage to land a recruit. Anything to sway a kid to us is good for the program. I don't want to look like a duck, but we should have some cool combat uniforms here and there for special occasions. The kids love them and talk about it a lot. Image is important in life, unless you are a boring slob. We want to win bowls and we don't usually. We need the very best recruits. The big ten was terrible this year. We need to dominate and shake mediocrity! Go blue!

And none of them with the sleeves like in the bowl game. My shop skills are not good enough to remove them and look good so I left them.

I do agree that out road uniforms could be better. A uniform that basically amounts to yellow and white is not terribly imposing. I think blue pants would help. Or, better yet, simply reverse the home jersey: blue pants, maize jersey. That's actually a great combination. Sort of like Cal's away uni, only better.

I expressed this same idea in another recent thread and I think it might look good. Wish I was a photoshop guru so I could mock it up and see what it might look like.
